Draft: Lomiri: Support systemd

This MR adds the necessary components to support Lomiri running as a user service under systemd.

The big changes are:

• systemd support (obviously)
• LightDM support (fixes login screen failing under OpenRC)

TODO:

• Add ayatana indicators services
• Add minor services that are even missing in OpenRC packaging (e.g. thumbnailer)
• Fix lomiri.service preset not working for some reason?
• Fix maliit-keyboard not being launched by Greeter (I can't test anywhere else since I can't bypass the greeter )

The PR looks good so far. I'm happy with the system services, seems like it's intended to be started on demand via dbus. :)

I'll also try to look into the user service. there's no lightdm systemd service yet, so can't investigate right now.

LightDM doesn't actually need a systemd service when working with Lomiri since the startup script handles that. I have a (sort-of) working prototype locally, but I can't get maliit-keyboard to be launched via d-bus on the greeter.
