Support more interfaces with systemd

The following interfaces neither have a pmb:systemd or a pmb:systemd-never option, and fail to start with systemd enabled. It would be nice to get the working, so we could default to systemd and deprecate the pmb:systemd option

• bananui
• cage
  • moonlight
• framebufferphone
• i3wm
• lomiri (!6130)
• lxqt
• mate
• openbox (installs -openrc with systemd?)
• shelli
• sway
• weston
• xfce4

The following UIs support systemd but don't have pmb:systemd enabled:

• buffyboard
• fbkeyboard
• kodi (!6363 (merged))

For consistency, the following UIs have pmb:systemd-never enabled:

• mediaberry
• sxmo-de-dwm (!5831)
• sxmo-de-sway (!5831)

systemd-never is no longer correct for sxmo

I didn't dispute that. I only indicated that it is no longer accurate, which is a fact.
