phosh: add 0.39.0 backports: (already done according to Newbyte, yay!)
For distros that ship phosh 0.39.0. There's a branch with fixes https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Phosh/phosh/-/tree/phosh-0.39.x . I'll likely not tag a formal release but if you intend to put this version into a stable release cherry picking those might make sense.
