Updated faq.md to reflect the current state of postmarketOS.

This MR is in reference to issue #193 (closed) . I've updated the FAQ section to mention postmarketOS now has support for systemd and Plasma's Discover. Please tell me if anything else needs to be changed.

I've updated the part about non-apk package managers (Flatpak, snapd, appimage) because this was very outdated (not just regarding systemd), together with @Newbyte at the hackathon.
