Moving to gitlab post

Follow up to #37 (closed). This post has a short post that describes why and when we will be moving to gitlab.
We can't make the previous timeline, because the continuous integration scripts are not migrated yet (but @craftyguy says he's pretty close in https://github.com/postmarketOS/pmbootstrap/pull/1539) so I've adjusted the post date to Sunday, 2018-06-17 to give us some more time. The migration is still scheduled for Saturday, 2018-06-23.
Besides some more eyeballs looking on this, we need before releasing the post:
-
make sure CI works on gitlab -
test the backup via API (@MartijnBraam, are you interested?)
@opendata26: this has your photo of the sony xperia z2 tablet with broken display as illustration. Is that alright with you?
@craftyguy or anyone else good with English: feel free to make edits on top to make it sound like someone with native English speaking skills wrote this.
Looking forward to feedback!
PS: Maybe someone has a better link for why people may not want to trust Microsoft with GitHub. There was a nice Reddit comment with a bullet point listing of all kinds of things where Microsoft did not play nice with FLOSS in the past and even recently. It had source links for everything and I remember that one of the points was how they standardized their office format. But I can't find the comment anymore.
