Like quite a few other values being set to false, this one has a default
of false so can be safely removed.

device/*/*: enable deviceinfo_create_initfs_extra instead of depending on initramfs-minimal (MR 5636)

Make use of the new multi-stage initramfs rather than the minimal
variant, and inform mkinitfs that the initramfs-extra archive should be
created to save space.

The boot partition on the device is 8.0 MB, while built boot.img is
8.8 MB.  Fix by decreasing initramfs size by depending on
postmarketos-initramfs-minimal.  Problems were likely introduced by
!5000.

to the non-deprecated version.

Depend on postmarketos-base-downstream-disable-udev-v4l instead, which
symlinks /lib/udev/rules.d/60-persistent-v4l.rules to /dev/null.

When using downstream kernel.  Postmarketos-base-downstream provides a
lightdm config file needed for GUI to be brought up when using
an x11 based UI.

mesa-dri-swrast no longer exists and just installs,
mesa-dri-gallium. However, this might not always be the case, so
let's change it before it causes any issues.
