Librem 5 regressions for v24.06

Current issues / regressions:

• WiFi broken
• Bluetooth broken
• millipixels crashes when taking a photo -> https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/67577
• mobile data doesn't connect

@ollieparanoid I added this to the v24.06 milestone so we don't forget to decide later after more debug/testing if this should block the release or not (I'm initially going to suggest that "no it shouldn't block")

Wifi broken on sparklan (and maybe redpine?)

• Wifi not working on sparklan module
• Redpine module is untested, need help doing this... @Newbyte @alistair23 @antonok @PanzerSajt any chance one of you could check that redpine wifi works on v24.06 and/or confirm that it works on edge...?

Firmware wasn't loading initially, fixed by !5224 (merged)

Still not able to find wifi APs... so something else must be busted with the sparklan module on 24.06.

Bluetooth broken

• Driver seems to load fine in dmesg
• gnome settings UI says "no adapter found", so maybe a problem with bluez or ?

• @ollieparanoid suggested rebuilding against latest libtiff
• Snapshot works after very light testing, but requires some manual config first (see: #2839 (comment 1918560130))

Mobile data doesn't connect

• @craftyguy not sure if this is his carrier or a regression, need to debug more
• Does mobile data work for others on v24.06 and/or edge? (cc @Newbyte @alistair23 @antonok @PanzerSajt)
