postmarketOS in 2024-11

Like #184 (closed). We have a script now that automatically formats the merged MRs from gitlab.postmarketos.org into markdown, so just pointing at MRs is not needed unless you have additional context.

Other things worth noting here:

• things that happened outside of these merge requests at gitlab.postmarketos.org (e.g. MRs to alpine / freedesktop / kernel mailing list, ... that are highly relevant to postmarketOS)
• relevant non-code things that happened
